Initially prototyped with Pygame, then ported to Godot for more extensive UI. I imagine it including waves, a health bar, upgrades, etc.; a little arcade game with simple graphics (that I hope look nice; I took some care in selecting the color scheme), straightforward gameplay (that can still be somewhat challenging), and the potential to add new content, perhaps through new levels with varied enemies, layouts, crops, etc. But this is what I have so far ( well, I have this and some UI that wasn't included because it is not yet functional). Controls: Space, Enter, or Click to defend your farm. Surrounding the farm are turrets that you can switch between with any of these action keys; if an enemy is in range of the current you're stationed at, use an action key to attack. I hope it's fairly intuitive.

The one-button idea is cute, but this game is incredibly hard right now. You don't have a lot of time to react to the enemies appearing, and since you don't know the range of the turrets it's easy to click too early and accidentally move instead of attacking.
